The silent auction for Mix and Mingle will be online this year with the hope of reaching more potential bidders. Mama Mia will be this year’s musical in March of 2022.

Annual Benefit Concert—Raffle?

Jill will look into the license options before the January Music Boosters meeting. We discussed the different raffle options—50/50, donated items, virtual and in person. Also discussed timing of this year’s fundraising letter to coincide with promotion of the benefit concert.

Open Forum

Eileen reported on a meeting held with representatives from the CHS and WHS parent organizations and Sandy Low, TCAPS director of finance. There was a good turnout for the meeting. The hope is that the school district can continue to support the parent organizations this way.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:27pm.

The next regular Music Boosters Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 18 at 6:30 at the Boardman Administration Building.
