Gathering/introductions/nametags and lunch

Vocal Warm ups/determine voice parts location on stage/risers

Rehearsal of combined number/large group

Break

2:10PM-3PM

Run through of schedule/songs/listen to other ensembles

3PM-6:15PM

Large Break/Dinner off site (On your own)-Must leave the building

6:15PM-7PM

Gather in Gymnasium
